This Privacy Policy explains how Marketing AIgency, a product operated by CBX Media LLC ("we", "us"), collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our platform, including where you connect your advertising and analytics accounts.

1. Who we are

Marketing AIgency is operated by CBX Media LLC, Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Contact: info@cbx-media.com. For EU/UK customers, we act as a data processor for advertising data you authorise, and as a controller for our own account and contact data.

2. Information we collect

• Account & contact data — name, email and company when you sign up or contact us.
• Advertising & analytics data — when you connect an account (e.g. Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Google Analytics, Search Console), we access campaign, performance and account-management data through those platforms' official APIs, strictly to deliver the service.
• Authentication tokens — when you connect via OAuth, we store access/refresh tokens in encrypted form to operate the service on your behalf.
• Product usage — basic technical data to keep the platform secure and reliable.

3. How we use data

We use data only to: provide and improve the platform; research, build, manage and optimise the advertising campaigns you authorise; and meet legal and security obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use advertising data for any purpose other than delivering your service.

4. Advertising platform data (Meta, Google, TikTok)

When you connect an account, access is granted by you through the platform's own consent screen and limited to the permissions you approve. We use this access solely to read performance and to create or change campaigns you authorise. You can revoke access at any time in the platform's settings or by contacting us. Our use of information received from these APIs adheres to each platform's API and data-use requirements, including Google API Services User Data Policy and the Meta Platform Terms.

5. Sharing

We share data only with the advertising and infrastructure providers required to deliver the service (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok, and our hosting and database providers), and where required by law. All processors are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms.

6. Retention & deletion

We keep personal and advertising data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. You can request deletion of your data and connected-account tokens at any time by emailing info@cbx-media.com; on account closure we delete or return your data and revoke stored tokens.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and object to or restrict processing. Contact info@cbx-media.com.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption of stored authentication tokens and least-privilege access, to protect data against unauthorised access.
